The Police Bring a Bit of Speed to the Party

With many modern racing games, one of the main objectives is to avoid the police at all costs. However, Police Supercars Racing does things a bit differently. Zooming through the city streets in search of the bad guys brings a new element to the traditional racing game. read on to discover if Police Supercars Racing is as exciting as it sounds.

Gamers have the chance to literally play cops and robbers as they choose if they want to take on the role of the boys in blue or hardened criminals. Naturally, each of these modes comes with different features and game play that helps give plenty of variety to the game. There is a lot to do in Police Supercars Racing, which helps to make the game more addictive.

Players are presented with a total of sixteen different levels and like with any good game the levels get progressively more and more difficult. All of the levels feature very sharp graphics and watching the city streets zoom past you as you race at top speed can be very engaging.

For many gamers, racing games are all about the cars, and the four different cars that are included are fairly well represented. However, for many players four vehicles might not be enough to really get them excited. It would be better if more cars were included in the mix and there were more upgrade and customisation features to choose from at different stages in the game.

As players roar through the streets their sirens will be blaring, providing a constant audio companion that helps to add to the tension of the game. However, the sound effects sound a little disjointed unfortunately and instead of getting the adrenaline pumping they can actually be a little bit irritating.

The fresh format of Police Supercars Racing helps to make it involving and addictive. Switching between different modes helps to make the game more interesting and gamers are sure to be able to enjoy many hours of fun. It is just a shame that there are not more cars to choose from and ways to upgrade them.

  • 16 different levels to complete
  • Four different brands of cars
  • Four game modes to try
